Een tijdje terug hadden we beslist onze kleine digitale camera aan te vullen met een reflex camera. De zoomlenzen van het nieuwe toestel zouden ons toelaten de Afrikaanse dierenpracht beter en scherper vast te leggen. Althans, dat was de redenering.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hier sta ik dan in \u201cKibale Forest\u201d. De chimpansees voor mij maken een hels kabaal. E\u00e9ntje voor mij strekt zich uit tussen twee bomen op minder dan een meter van de grond. En ik&#8230;, ik ben in verwarring, en vecht met mijn camera. Het \u201cauto\u201d-programma van de camera is niet bedoeld voor de donkere omgeving van het bos. En het vele sleutelen aan de verschillende knopjes van de camera hebben maar \u00e9\u00e9n effect: de opeenvolgende foto\u2019s worden steeds waziger. Alsof ze me uitlachen, gaan de dieren bovendien steeds harder krijsen.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"audio {skin:'black', width:'350'}\" href=\"https:\/\/intussen.blog\/audio\/Chimp Scream.mp3\">Chimp Scream<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En toch is het mogelijk om ook hier goede foto\u2019s te trekken, want na de trip bekijk ik enigszins jaloers de foto\u2019s van een Zweed die prachtige foto\u2019s van de \u201cchimps\u201d heeft gemaakt met een &#8230; reflex camera. Even bekruipt me de dwaze gedachte aan de Zweed voor te stellen van camera te ruilen.<a data-fancybox=\"gallery\" href=\"https:\/\/intussen.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/3-Days-Kibale-Chimpanzee-Trekking.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"display: inline; background-image: none;\" title=\"Uganda Fort Portal &amp;amp; Kibale\" src=\"https:\/\/intussen.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/3-Days-Kibale-Chimpanzee-Trekking_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Uganda Fort Portal &amp;amp; Kibale\" width=\"99%\" border=\"0\"> <\/a><br \/>\nIk ben er trouwens van overtuigd dat indien ik onze kleine digitale camera had meegenomen, ik nu over een behoorlijke set aan foto\u2019s zou beschikken. Evenwel troost ik me met de gedachte dat de foto\u2019s van de rest van de trip van behoorlijke kwaliteit zijn.
