Het gebouw dateert van 1931 en is een adaptatie van het \u201cHotel de Rothelin-Charolais\u201d in Parijs.<\/p>\n<p>In de keuken van de Belgische residentie heerst een ware chef: Jan Van Haute. Jan bereidt niet alleen heerlijke maaltijden voor de gasten van de residentie, maar deelt ook tweewekelijks zijn kennis met amateurkoks.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Een flesje Leffe op ons aanrecht doet me beseffen \u2013 na het bekijken van onderstaande video \u2013 waar Astrid haar mosterd haalt.
